Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Lattice purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Initiate a Return:
To begin the return process, please email us at contact@latticewear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@latticewear.com so we can make it right.
